Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of LocumHere. By creating an account, accessing the platform or using any of its features, you agree to these terms.

If you use LocumHere on behalf of a healthcare organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

LocumHere is an online platform that enables healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations to discover and connect with one another in relation to locum opportunities.

LocumHere provides tools for users to publish, browse and respond to opportunities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, LocumHere does not employ healthcare professionals, engage healthcare professionals on behalf of organisations, or become a party to any employment, engagement or services agreement between users.

Each user makes their own independent decision about whether to post, apply for, offer, accept or proceed with an opportunity. LocumHere does not direct, control or guarantee those decisions and does not guarantee that any opportunity will result in an engagement.

Any engagement arising from use of the platform is entered into directly between the healthcare professional and the healthcare organisation.

The relevant users are solely responsible for agreeing on the scope of work, rates, payment arrangements, working hours, cancellation terms, employment status, insurance requirements and all other engagement terms.

LocumHere is not responsible for negotiating, supervising, enforcing or resolving disputes relating to those arrangements.

Healthcare professionals are responsible for ensuring that their qualifications, registrations, practising certificates, licences, work authorisations, insurance coverage and other credentials are accurate, current and sufficient for every opportunity they accept.

Healthcare organisations remain responsible for conducting all credential, identity, reference, eligibility and background checks required before engaging a healthcare professional.

Unless LocumHere expressly confirms otherwise in writing, the presence of a profile, document, badge or other information on the platform does not mean that LocumHere has independently verified or endorsed that user.

You must provide information that is complete, accurate, current and not misleading. This includes profile details, qualifications, contact information, organisation details, opportunity descriptions, rates, dates, locations and shift requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity carried out through your account. You must notify LocumHere promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You must independently assess the suitability, legitimacy and accuracy of other users and any information they provide.

LocumHere does not provide healthcare, clinical advice, professional supervision or clinical governance.

Healthcare organisations remain responsible for patient safety, clinical governance, appropriate supervision, workplace policies, onboarding and compliance with applicable healthcare requirements.

Healthcare professionals remain responsible for practising within their competence, professional scope and applicable ethical and regulatory requirements.

Users must not upload patient records or unnecessary patient-identifying information to LocumHere.

You must not use LocumHere to:

• publish false, deceptive, unlawful or discriminatory content;
• misrepresent your identity, qualifications or authority;
• impersonate another person or organisation;
• infringe another person's privacy or intellectual property;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with platform security;
• collect or misuse information about other users; or
• engage in conduct that breaches any applicable law or regulation.

Healthcare organisations are responsible for ensuring that their listings are lawful, accurate and not misleading. A listing must clearly communicate material information about the opportunity, including its location, timing, requirements and proposed remuneration where applicable.

LocumHere may remove, restrict or decline to publish content that appears inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with these terms. This does not create a general obligation for LocumHere to monitor or verify every listing.

Our collection, use and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using LocumHere, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in that policy.

Users who receive personal data through LocumHere must handle it lawfully, securely and only for legitimate purposes connected with the relevant opportunity.

We aim to keep LocumHere available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access. Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

Information supplied by users may not always be complete, current or accurate. You should confirm important information directly with the relevant user before acting on it.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that a user has breached these terms, created a safety or security risk, supplied misleading information, or used the platform unlawfully.

You may stop using LocumHere at any time. Provisions that are intended to continue after account closure will remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocumHere is not responsible for the conduct of users or for the acts, omissions, performance, suitability or reliability of any healthcare professional or healthcare organisation.

LocumHere is not liable for losses arising solely from a user's decision to post, apply for, accept, reject, cancel or perform an engagement, or from inaccurate information supplied by another user.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, our practices or applicable requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where a change is material, we may also provide notice through the platform or by email. Continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of LocumHere will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
